Shipping and Delivery Policies


After receipt of your payment, the orders placed will be shipped within a maximum period of eight (15) business days in the event that all the national products of the order are not in inventory. 

Tessca inc. You will choose between the following shipping options: Deprisa, Envia, DHL, TCC, Servientrega, Coordinadora, Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, size, and volume. 

Delivery times normally take between 1 and 3 business days, since the shipping methods are not typical of Tessca inc, but the service is provided by a third party (courier and shipping companies) any delay or claim regarding the shipment It must be done with the respective company with which the courier service was contracted (Deprisa, Envia, DHL, TCC, Servientrega, Coordinadora). Likewise, all merchandise is shipped with merchandise insurance with the allied insurer of the courier company for an insured value equal to the price of the product you purchased, likewise any claim for claims must be made with the respective company and Tessca inc. 

We make deliveries to any place in Colombia. However, there are some areas where the packages do not have coverage. But we can ship your product to the closest available shipping office for your location. 

If the products of the order are available, the orders will be sent within a maximum period of twenty-four (24 to 48) hours after receipt of the payment receipt. 

Dispatches are made on a business day from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm. 

During dates or special events (Holidays, Cyber, Christmas), delivery times and availability for withdrawal may be affected, increasing the established deadlines.

 If any product is not available, the client will be notified by email or telephone about the possible delay in delivery.



For shipments in Santiago de Cali and surroundings we have our own parcel service at no additional cost that applies only to purchases over $ 250,000 COP.



International orders may have an additional charge regarding import taxes and / or customs fees; and they must be paid by the addressee to the competent bodies, if applicable.


Shipping or freight costs (packaging, handling, shipping and insurance) are not included in the price shown on the page. 

The freight is borne by the customer and is charged by the carrier at the time of delivery of the product at the address specified by the customer. 

We advise you to group all your items in a single order to avoid extra charges for shipping costs applied to each order. 


If the recipient does not accept the delivery of the merchandise, the buyer will be responsible for the value of the shipment (charged in double) in addition to a 10% fine on the total value of the shipping invoice. 

If the merchandise has been dispatched and the delivery address is wrong, incomplete or a change of address is required, there may be a service fee to correct it; fee outside our company, which can be charged by the designated logistics operator.

If the merchandise is not reclaimed or there is no person in charge of receiving it, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipment and / or other additional charges to return it to the address of origin.

If the shipment or box shows any deterioration, the respective annotation must be stipulated in the return guide given to the designated logistics operator.


All of our packaging boxes are standardized to decrease the variable costs of our clients. However, any additional charges will be communicated to the customer.
